The Global Enabling Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) is a global partnership of information and communication technology companies and organizations dedicated to sustainability. It has collaborated with the ITU, SBTi, and GSMA to develop sectoral decarbonization pathways for the ICT sector. Its involvement ensures that the international standards reflect both industry-wide technical capabilities and environmental priorities. GeSI provides research and guidance on how digital technologies can drive the transition to a low-carbon economy.
