This proof of concept orchestrates a two-tier knowledge repository. 1. The public Quarto workspace acts as an outward-facing research hub, compiling curated socio-technical content into a clean, responsive web interface. 2. The private LLM-wiki functions as an isolated local vault (managed via Markdown/Obsidian).

By keeping sensitive datasets, raw research notes, and intellectual properties decoupled from the public compilation root, the architecture guarantees robust security while enabling seamless, automated web publishing.
